All software has bugs. This site is no exception. In order to make your browsing experience better, we hoping that you’ll report any problems you encounter. The bug symbol at the bottom of each page brings you to this form.
(And you thought we were talking about bedbugs, didn’t you?)
Here’s a list of known problems (we’re working to rectify them):
- VIDEO PLAYER (only on a Linux system using Firefox) – video player cuts off video before the video has finished
- INTERNET EXPLORER 6 – IE6 is currently not fully supported. There are a few too many browser bugs at this point. We’re currently working on fixing these. (But you should really upgrade as IE6 is almost 9 years old.)
The site has been tested and is fully functional on Windows running Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer 8 and Safari. (It has not been tested on Apple or on Mobile Devices. Your feedback is appreciated.)
For the best browsing experience we recommend using Firefox. Screen resolution should be at least 1280 x 1024. Let us know if you having problems.
