Thank you Central United Church for helping initiate the DI’s sports program. Thank you Eau Claire YMCA for recently expanding the program. DI clients now have affordable access to the Eau Claire YMCA fitness facilities.
“Fitness is very important” says Robinson, a DI client . “When you work out, your problems go away”.
Anthony, a DI client, agrees. According to Anthony, the DI’s sport’s program is an opportunity to, “bring closeness to people, the intertwining, the bonding of friends”.
